is what this past month has been nothing but. We were able to spend spring break Dom, our future doctor:-). Always a pleasure to have our daughter home. Give her a break from the hustle & bustle of college life & let her just relax & have her fill of some “REAL” home-cooked meals & some major grindage :-).

Unfortunately during her visit, we were notified that there dearly beloved great-grandmother had passed away. She was a HUGE part of there lives growing up. The girls were completely devastated. I knew if I couldn’t send all of us to be there, I’d send my daughter. There father & I may no longer be together, but I have a very special relationship with his family that no divorce will ever come between.

AND in the midst of all this, I have rekindled a friendship a few months prior with a friend I hadn’t seen in over 20 years, thanks to her search for me on Facebook. So thank you very much Facebook! :-) & she was planning to fly in for a visit the following week. Man, this visit DID NOT turn out to be what I had hoped it would. More on that later :-P
